What white label actually costs

The four costs in a white label order: units, branding setup, shipping and duties. What each one is, which ones drop with volume, and what to budget for a first order.

There are four costs. Here they are without the fog.

The units

The price per unit. It drops at every quantity break, which is why order three is cheaper per unit than order one. This is most of the bill.

Branding setup

A one-off for print plates or label setup. It is small, and it only recurs if you change the artwork. It is why keeping one label design across a pair of products is cheap.

Shipping

From Denmark, road freight covers Europe in days and air covers the rest of the world in about a week. We quote it with your order so there are no surprises.

Duties and tax

Depend entirely on the country you import into. We will tell you what to expect for yours before you commit, so it is not a surprise at the door.

A first order

For a first order of a thousand units, budget for the units, a small setup fee, freight and your country’s duty. Then read how to price a white label product so the retail price covers it all with room to spare.

Fill in the quote form for real numbers. It takes two business days.
